Just completed my piece for the "Small Gift" Sanrio show showing at Art Basel Miami December 2nd through the 5th:)

Thinkspace 5 Year Anniversary show

Opening Saturday November 6th, is the massively cool "Thinkspace 5 Year Anniversary Show"! My piece "American Cracker" will be there in full effect..! Thinkspace always knew how to throw down the party, and this show is no exception=While spotlighting the forerunners in the contemporary art movement, Thinkspace sets the precedent for all gallery's of quality to follow. I've read some recommendations from some prestigious highbrow art blogs plugging this show, and to me Thinkspace is simply following suit with groundbreaking work that guides the movement.

Thinkspace has been my homebase family since I started the art madness 3 years ago, and we have some super exciting things coming up to explode brains in 2011! See ya there:)

Newest Latest Project Overload

This all seems like alot, but its all run pretty smoothly! Heres a bunch of pics, work in progress shots=most notably the uber-successful "Beyond Eden 2010" event{the"Frustrated Incorporated" piece=Thanks Andrew Dokken!}, "Horrorwood" at WWA Gallery {The Ryden homage}{Thanks Rob!}, "Bad Dads" a Wes Anderson tribute art show{Thanks Ken!}, a London Miles Gallery UK group show coming in November{the "Ringo"piece}, and Dirty Pilot.com just released a limited edition print of the "Bad Mutha' Wizard"{they look sweeeet! Thanks Alan!}..also coming up is "Revelations"{a "revealing Banksy" exhibition} in the UK later in October where I'll be showing some prints{Thanks Mason!}, the "Thinkspace Gallery 5 Year Anniversary" show in November, Have one or two things cookin for the Art Basel event in December, and slowly developing a possible animated project...With all of these things going on it still doesn't FEEL like its enough=Like a dope fiend with a big calming rush that fades, and then the gut tightens drooling for bigger? Addicted to deadlines and amassing knowledge in this twisted art world=Its a Daily quest to cop the dope. Im just glad to have friends that are wayyyyy smarter than I!

"Free To Be You And Me"

This is for the "Art For Equality" show at Thinkspace Gallery opening on August 7th. The theme is all about Proposition 8 and "love and equality". Here I comment on gay civil rights and religious/political damnation thats going on in California=in a pop art, candy colored way.
